Bryant and Spencer had an amazing opportunity to go on a high adventure camp on Hokkaido for one of the last weeks Spencer was here. They did a lot of amazing things (that I can't remember right now) including some rafting-which is the only thing we have pictures of on this computer, but they're professional quality.
After Bryant and Spencer got back from High Adventure, we only a little bit of time left before it was time to say goodbye. The day before his departure we ended up at the Surfer's Beach with a bunch of friends. This little beach bum was the cutest guy there.
One of our friends had some extra wet suits and surf boards/boogie boards for the boys to try.
Abraham found a little friend.
We spent a good chunk of the evening there and it got a little chilly for those that had been in the water.
Some friends brought fireworks (which you can always set off at that beach in Japan).
These girls created an entire house with things they found on the beach. Japan is very clean in most every aspect, but the beaches are horribly dirty. I haven't figured out why, but listen to what I remember that they had in their "house"... some of the things were actual items they found others were "created" with other trash they found...a kitchen with table with centerpiece and a fridge, a bathroom with toilet seat and toothbrush, a sitting room with some seats, a playroom with some toys and balls. I am sure there was more, but it was impressive to say the least.
Looks like the baby is mobile...
Eliza was the only other one of the kids besides Bryant who came with us to say farewell... until we meet again, dear cousin! Thanks for all the sacrifices everyone made to make it possible for this visit!

WOW! River rafting looks like so much fun. Some day maybe. That beach had black sand and it looked like Fisher enjoyed it. So fun. Love you Mom
