Somebody's getting old...

Can you believe how flippin' far behind I have become on this blog?!?!?  Well, I have good news.  The computer works, and our internet is a lot faster now... so bring on the pictures!!!  I will be starting where we left off two months ago.

Ethan's birthday!  Oo, presents.

The kids were uber excited.  Cards are always appreciated, thanks grandparents (and parents)!  Love you!

Now onto that box...

 

Just a little weight to be tricky.  Then he got to the real gift.

So exciting!

Jonas is starting to really love reading.  I wasn't sure this day would ever come so I had to document!

  
Then on to Levi's presents for dad.  He made this awesome book mark for him and gave him a couple rocks he collected in his school treasure box.  He loves giving gifts, that one.

I think she likes helping, just so she can lick the supplies...but she is always ready to help in the kitchen.

And Bolton is always ready to help stick something in your mouth...

Bryant lost another tooth!

Then, since it was a Monday we had FHE.  For our activity we played Red Light Green Light.

And for the treat we had cupcakes.  See, I told you somebody is getting old!  Check out that fire!

For his actual birthday cake I made a super yummy cheesecake.  We had cupcakes for the kids and had this bad boy after they were in bed...

 

I think he liked it!  I sure do love my hubby!  He just keeps getting better with each birthday, not sure how I got so lucky, but sure am thankful I did!

Hello Friends,

Maybe you've given up on this old blog... hopefully not. I'm sure we'll get back in the swing of things soon.  Just wanted to give you a quick update on our life...bullet list style

• The packers came yesterday and today and our stuff is officially all boxed up. 
• We took the house off the market (after a whole lot of showings and a whole lot of no buyers) and decided to rent it.  
• The movers come to get our stuff tomorrow, then we will be busy bees cleaning and fixing so we can get occupants asap.
• The kids finished school and are happily driving each other (and their mom) crazy. 
• We found a house in KY and we are excited to get up there!
• The computer is fixed so I can upload pictures again... when I have time!
• My baby bump is getting big, I'm 16 weeks along already.
• Monday we hit the road!

That about sums up our life.  Its been a fun 4 years in Texas and we will definitely have things we miss... but overall I think we are all excited for the next adventure to begin.  Wish us luck!
